Once your 6 months free offer ends, you still won’t be charged a penny until Switchd have moved you to an energy provider that can save you at least £50 a year.

You’ll then be charged in advance every 6 months according to the plan you’re on. For example, if you’re on their standard £3.49 a month plan, you’ll be charged £20.94 every 6 months.

A free plan is also available, which you can switch to at any point. But this plan will not scan the whole market. So, you may not save as much as you would on the paid plans.

You can also change your plan or cancel at any time. But if you’ve just been switched to a new energy deal, you may not be entitled to a refund of the plan subscription fee you’ve paid.

If you close your Nationwide account partway through the offer period, you’ll still get your full 6 months free.
