Update your marketing preferences
To help you get more from your money, you can choose to receive communications from us. These could be about services and products that we believe would suit you. If you opt in to emails, we’ll also be able to send you our regular newsletter. This normally covers a range of topics that we hope you’ll find both relevant and interesting. Whether you would rather receive letters, emails, text messages or phone calls, you choose how you want us to contact you.
How to update us
Using the Banking app
- Log into the Banking app.
- Use the menu and choose Details & Settings.
- Choose Marketing preferences.
- Make any changes to how we can contact you.
- Choose Save.
In the Internet Bank
- Log into the Internet Bank.
- Choose the Manage my details & settings tab.
- Choose View or change my personal details.
- Within Marketing preferences, use the Change link.
- Choose Yes please or No thanks to select how you'd like from us.
- Use the Update preferences button to save your settings.
Over the phone
Call our team and they'll change your marketing preferences to suit you.
